What makes you stand out from the other applicants and the skills that help you with this?:I am very friendly have experience of being staff on many different military and star wars rp so will know all the rules and make sure I can always make a fair and just decision when playing on the server. KNOWLEDGE OF RULES Please explain what the following phrases and such mean: RDM:Random death match where 1 or more players randomly kill friendly players. RDA:Random arrest where a play arrests a friendly for no reason  ARDM: attempted random death match where a player try's to attack a friendly player for no reason  NLR: new life rule when a player dies they will have to wait in spawn for a certain amount of time normally 3mins   FailRP:Where a player fails to rp if a player maybe breaks rp by doing something that is unrealistic breaking the rp  FearRP:Where a player doesn't fear something that they would in real life like if a person had a gun pointed to your head Metagaming:Where a player uses information that isn't meant for them such as enemy comms  GENERAL ADMINISTRATION QUESTIONS If a VIP / Donator is seen RDMing and breaking NLR. What would you do(Does not require 50 words):I would firstly speak to them about how they are breaking the rules then warn them and continue spectating them for a while if then i see them continue to break the rules I would kick them and then if its a repeat occurrence I would have to ban them. How should "admin sits" be handled? What is the process of handling them?:Firstly I would bring both people a side hear both sides of the story decide a punishment for the player in the wrong and let them continue with there rp. If there was a player "minging" around and not roleplaying correctly, what would you do?:I would firstly speak to them about what they are doing is wrong give them a warn if they keep doing it I would kick and if it was repeated again I would have to ban. If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?:I would first of see there rank and ask the reason for them needing the vehicle then decide if a vehicle was needed.  What comes first?
