GENERAL QUESTIONS



Why are you interested in joining the staff team?: I belive i can help pepole and i think i got the experience to do so. ive been staff on more than 7-8 other servers. and i think the server needs another member that knows what they
are doing in the staff administration team, and i would provide activity, knowledge for past experience, and i know this player base good i would say and thats also an key factor if you want to be staff, and aslo i think it would be fun to help.


What makes you stand out from the other applicants and the skills that help you with this?: I know the rules well and i Think they can inprove, thats one thing i wanna help with i think that if i apply for staff i could try to make an
bigger chance than if i was an member, now thats only my opinon. and i stand out form the other pepole applying because ive been with this grupp for an long time and i see where they want this server to go and i want to help and be a part of that 
and my set of "skills" that i provie is i would say needed for the administration team. and im well thought, from ive trained and helpt chambers the head of staff in Mesa, and played with Sean also and really good player of the Gmod community,
witch provieded me with the knowledge and experience that i now have today, and that is an factor that i wanna provide this great community.

KNOWLEDGE OF RULES

Please explain what the following phrases and such mean:




RDM:Random deathmatch (g.e witch is when a player for the same faction or of the opposing team kill someone without an RP reason witch also breaks the ""Golden Rule"")

RDA:Random arrest (g.e when an player is arrested in an invalid or out of character reason witch is punishable in an warn.)

ARDM:Attempted Random Deathmatch (g.e where a player attempted to kill another with out and role play reason or of an out of character one, or just doing so with out of character info.)

NLR:New Life Rule (g.e where a player takes info from an past life or dosent wait for the 3 min to past beffore returning to the zone he died in.) (and is also and key to keep role play fair)

FailRP:Fail Role Play(e.g where a player fails to keeps his role as an military unit or an taliban, such as not role playing as a soldier in his situation would react.)

FearRP:Fear Role Play(e.g where a player dose not fear for his life, such as when your undergun point unarmed and not following the pepole whos taking you hostage and there commands.)

Metagaming:Metagaming (e.g when you take out of character info such to say reading tali comms when you dont have them or sitting in an 3rd party voice channel with other Jobs "Taliban" and acting on that info.)

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION QUESTIONS



If a VIP / Donator is seen RDMing and breaking NLR. What would you do(Does not require 50 words):he should the given the same treatment as a ordinary player. i would warn him but if hes here to minge i would ban him for to say half and hour to a hour depending on his behavior and Role play (RP)


How should "admin sits" be handled? What is the process of handling them?:well to start of you get called to a player that reports something so to say failRP by another player, you would bring the player who reported it (player 1) to a position on the map that is absent and isolated, so to say under the map where you have flat land or the "staf room"
then ask what happend and then ask if they can provide any names of someone who saw the act of this player or an video file or Screan shoots via steam or 3rd party programs, if he can provide video of what happend you just bring the guy who did it and warn him for the action he took, and you cant allways rely on people, for all you know they could tell you that someone saw it then say his friends name.
so when you bring an player who said saw what happend you gotta make sure that they are both telling the same story of the same place. if it all matches up you bring the player who got reported for an statement so they have an saying in it, depending on the situation and what happened you can give out (multiple punishments so to say an warn or a bannd) for example a warn or a ban. and for the record i would like to bring the person who reported the situation and the witness before you bring the player who got reported or did the act


If there was a player "minging" around and not roleplaying correctly, what would you do?: if this player would Minge around I would give him a verbal warning and if it continues I would ban him depending on the situation and also how extremely hes been messing around and if he would destroy other people's roleplay he would get a 40 to 60 Minutes ban so he can cool down and if hes not here be a part of the server he sould understand that hes not welcome here.
and  I would do this in a calm and also professional way so the players understand that we have a professional staff team on the server and we do not tolerate any sort of rule breakers. 

If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?:if a player asked me to spawn them weapon or a vehicle i would say no all players have a vehicle they can spawn using the spawn menu that's the vehicles they gets access to, now RAF cant spawn helicopters via any menu so i can spawn that in but if they demmand anythig that is so to say too OP i would say no we have regular helicopters example Viper LittelBird Ah-6 and more for evac and attack missions. now beffore that i would need to check that they have permission. 
Now sometimes the server host for example events there we can use transport vehicles that is bigger than a Humvee or anything like that a transport truck now that's a special occasion where I can spawn a unordinary vehicle.

What comes first? Role-play or administrative duty?(Does not require 50 words):Role-Play i shall only go on duty if its needed for example noone is in SOD then i would be needed to do so, just to respond to reports and fly around checking the RP of people now SOD can involve in RP.
