GENERAL QUESTIONS Why are you interested in joining the staff team?:
Because I would like to help the community thrive and improve others experience with the server. Also I often see that the staff are not on 100% of the time so people
are able to get away with murder (literally) which ruins the experience for other players that could be a good addition to our community. I personally believe that the
TwistyRP community should be able to thrive at any time of the day or night. In addition I think that the few people who do decide to mess about on the server should
not be on there in the first place and punished accordingly.
What makes you stand out from the other applicants and the skills that help you with this?:
-Experience with other servers (and having my own)
-Discipline, good at keeping people in line on the server (like no RDM etc.)
-Patience, I can keep a very calm state of mind and not get frustrated with other players

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION QUESTIONS
If a VIP / Donator is seen RDMing and breaking NLR. What would you do(Does not require 50 words):
Not take their donator off them, warn them and possibly ban them for 30-60mins
How should "admin sits" be handled? What is the process of handling them?:
I would get more staff on to help with the situation and get all the people that were in the situation to give
a statement so I can review them all, then proceed to give the correct punishment to the one in the wrong.
However if something very bad has happened I will involve higher authority such as the Co-Owner or the Owner
who I will then inform what has happened, my opinion and the statements that the people involved have provided.
If there was a player "minging" around and not roleplaying correctly, what would you do?:
If that were to happen I would warn them once and if they do it again just kick them/ban them for 30 mins so that the server
can keep running as usual and not be interrupted, which is one of the main reasons I would like to become staff, therefore
improving the experience of other players in the community.
If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?:
I would not do it but if they asked for an item such as a heli that they are allowed to use in their job then I would. If I didn't
and they kept asking me and gave a reason I would check with a senior member of staff and if they are lying then I would
warn them and if they carried on asking me I would either warn them again or kick them if they got too annoying and disrupted
the flow of the server.
What comes first? Role-play or administrative duty?(Does not require 50 words):
Role-Play comes first because it is the heart of any server and shouldn't be intefered with at any costs.
